Shark Tickets

At San Miguel Elementary, we believe in celebrating students who demonstrate our school values each day.

Shark tickets are a positive recognition system that encourages students to make responsible choices, show kindness, practice respect, and contribute to a safe and supportive school community.

Throughout the week, staff members award Shark Tickets to students who are demonstrating our school expectations. When students receive a ticket, they learn specifically what positive behavior earned the recognition.

Students can enter their Shark Tickets into weekly drawings for a chance to be recognized during our Wednesday announcements. More importantly, Shark Tickets help reinforce the positive behaviors that create a strong and caring school culture.
